Enquiry data is stored securely and access is restricted to the people who need it to respond. Where we process personal data on behalf of UK law firms in connection with matters, we do so under appropriate confidentiality and data protection controls, aligned with UK data protection standards and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
Data processing addendum
For firms that require it, we can provide a Data Processing Addendum (DPA), or sign your firm's own precedent DPA, before any matter work begins.
