Our Services

Legal support across the full life of a matter

Each service below can run as a standalone engagement or as part of an ongoing support arrangement with your firm — scoped to fit how your team already works, inside the case management systems you already use.

  • 01

    Vetting & Client Interviews

Initial vetting and interviews with clients and prospective clients referred to the firms we support — gathering the facts your fee-earners need before a matter is taken on.

You receive a structured vetting note or completed intake template, ready to slot into your case file. Commonly used across personal injury, housing, immigration and employment matters, with a turnaround scoped to your deadlines.

  • 02

    Drafting & Correspondence

Drafting legal documents, letters, and case correspondence to your firm's house style and tone, ready for review and sign-off.

From client care letters and LBAs to particulars, witness statements and settlement offers. We onboard your house-style templates at the outset and check every draft against your instructions before it reaches your desk.

  • 03

    Ongoing Legal Support

Day-to-day legal support across live matters — functioning as a standing extension of your team rather than a one-off project resource.

A dedicated associate or paralegal assigned to your firm with a defined weekly capacity, maintaining continuity across matters. The highest-value way to work with us, and the closest thing to an in-house hire without the overhead.

  • 04

Liaison with Experts, Defendants, Clients & Tenants

Coordinating directly with expert witnesses, defendants, clients, and tenants where a matter calls for it, keeping communication on track between all parties.

Frequently used in housing disrepair and personal injury work. Every exchange is logged and reported back to the instructing solicitor, so the file stays current and nothing slips between parties.

  • 05

    Case Progress Reporting

Direct liaison with UK-based solicitors on case progress, instructions, and next steps, so nothing sits waiting for a status update.

We keep matters moving with proactive status updates, chase outstanding actions, and surface what needs your decision — so your inbox shows progress, not unanswered questions.

  • 06

    Document Review

Thorough review of legal documents, discovery materials, and case files, flagging what matters before it reaches your desk.

Reviewed for relevance, privilege, chronological coherence and discrepancies. We accept PDF, Word and CMS attachments, and return a clear schedule of findings within an agreed turnaround for standard bundles.

  • 07

    Case Management System Administration

Working directly within your firm's case management system to keep matters, notes, and documents current and accurately filed.

Experienced across Clio, LEAP, Osprey, Proclaim and Actionstep. Access is provisioned under your controls and security policies — we work inside your system, leaving an accurate, well-organised file behind.

  • 08

    Court Document Preparation

Preparing pleadings, bundles, and filings ahead of hearings and statutory deadlines.

N1s, N244s, hearing bundles and ET1 responses for the County Court, First-tier and Employment Tribunals, formatted to HMCTS requirements. Give us the lead time and the file is ready well before the deadline.

  • 09

    Negotiation Support

Supporting negotiations on behalf of instructing solicitors, from preparatory research to drafting correspondence and tracking positions.

Schedules of loss, Calderbank offers and counter-position tracking. We do the preparation and groundwork; the instructing solicitor always takes the call. Clear scope, clear limits, no surprises.

Every engagement starts with a conversation about your caseload, not a fixed package  so the scope of work matches what your matters actually need.
